I have had the pleasure of one-on-one sessions on several occasions from Anne Bowyer of Masterit, training me in Publisher. My main objective was to put a newsletter together and Anne was brilliant and extremely patient in showing me various layouts and design. I was also left with handouts to refer to and Anne was only too happy for me to contact her either by phone or e-mail at no extra charge anytime I felt the need. Whilst I was mainly having training in Publisher, Anne showed me some useful tips for Word that I was not aware of and was a great advantage to learn. I would not hesitate in recommending Masterit for one-on-one training.
